Chopp isn’t blocking my apps
Chopp enforces limits through iOS Screen Time. Check that Screen Time is on under Settings → Screen Time and that Chopp still has access. If you removed the permission, open Chopp and connect Screen Time again.
I was blocked. Do I have to pay?
No. Stopping is always free. Reaching a limit never costs anything by itself. You only pay if you choose to buy extra time and confirm it in Apple’s purchase sheet.
How do I change my limits or my price?
Open the limit in Chopp and edit it. If you turned on a commitment lock, changes reopen when the lock ends.
How do I get a refund?
Extra time is bought through Apple’s In-App Purchase, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where does the money go?
Extra time is paid to Chopp and is not a donation. Chopp donates 70% of its net revenue from extra time (after Apple’s commission, VAT and refunds), in its own name, to the charity you choose, at least quarterly.
How do I delete my account?
In Chopp, go to Profile → Delete account. This deletes your account, your limits and your usage data. Some purchase records are kept where the law requires it.
